The staff at this hotel were incredibly understanding and helpful! When we had an issue with our room, they quickly resolved it and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. The cooked breakfast was delicious, and the friendly reception staff made us feel welcome. The newly decorated bathroom with a great shower was a pleasant surprise. Despite being an older style hotel with no lift, the location in the town square was excellent, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. The free Wi-Fi had a good connection, and I really enjoyed relaxing on the comfortable couches in the reception and bar area. my stay here was super enjoyable and I would highly recommend it!

I had a one-night stay at a lovely hotel in Rybnik and my experience was great. The staff at Forum - Rynkowy were really kind and understanding, even though I didn't speak Polish. They moved us to another room and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine to resolve the situation. The hotel building had a nice old-style charm with beautiful art and paintings around. The location was perfect, right in the town square close to shops, bars, and restaurants. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the newly decorated bathroom had a good shower. it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it.
No issues during my stay.

The central location was mind-blowing, with loads of shops around just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The room was super spacious with both heating and air-con, and the cozy beds and good furniture made it feel like a jaw-dropping home away from home. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and they even let me borrow an iron and use a common space for ironing. The breakfast option, though paid, was absolutely worth it with a variety of delicious choices. The market square location was superb, and there were plenty of amenities like wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and a coffee shop. The staff was incredibly understanding and quickly resolved any issues, like the blocked washing basin. the price wasn't too high for the amazing experience I had during my stay.

I stayed at Forum - Rynkowy for one night to explore the area of my family's Polish history. The staff, despite my lack of Polish language skills, were incredibly kind and friendly. The room was spacious with heating/air-con and had a big wardrobe. I appreciated the kettle and the option to borrow an iron and use the common space for ironing. The breakfast, though paid, was a pleasant option. The location right by the market square was superb, with plenty of shops nearby. The blocked washing basin was quickly cleaned by the staff after I reported it.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel located in the central part of town. The location was excellent as it was in close proximity to many shops, bars, and restaurants. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. We also had a good wifi connection throughout our stay, which was a bonus. The hotel itself had a nice, older style with interesting art and paintings. Although there was no lift, it was not a problem for most people as it only had three floors. we enjoyed our stay and found it to be a pleasant and convenient place to stay in Rybnik.
Nothing, all was good 😊

Great location in the heart of the town square, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff made the stay enjoyable. Good price and reliable wifi connection were also a bonus.
No refrigerator or kitchen available, which made it difficult for longer stays. Limited breakfast options, would have liked more variety.
